I watched your brilliant discussion on Sunrise Daily today, January 30, 2018, regarding emergency service that would address a myriad of problems akin to 911 in the U.S.

I wish to state that when I attended the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos( dubbed the Harvard of Africa, through which our policies are formulated) in 2008, I led the groups that reviewed the extant policy on security and defense; the main challenge we found in the Nigerian security apparatus was lack of swift response to a litany of emergencies, inter alia. A communique was sent to the Presidency after the course advising the presidency not to allow the communique to run afoul of policy summersault; and it did, because the presidency has been silent on it since 2008.

Thereafter, I wrote a blueprint in 2010 which I keep modifying to date captioned: Bureau of Integrated Technologies for Security and Anti-Corruption ( BITSAC) modeled after the Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) which was the U.S answer to 9/11. Through the DHS, the U.S merged 22 security agencies under the aegis of DHS for want of performing overlapping functions, and for ease of sharing database without viewing each other as rivals. If implemented, BITSAC would eradicate all loopholes that aid insecurity and corruption. Pls see attached.

Although my message was addressed to Channels TV staff, however, any Nigerian who has the platform for me to unveil my blueprint to any audience no matter how small should please give me the opportunity.
